Our activity is related to the production and packaging of high-quality nightgowns and women’s pajamas, made exclusively of knitted fabric. The company provides confectioning services (1 million per year) commissioned by many well-known European companies. Consistency and persistence in striving for excellence allowed to develop from a small textile factory to a significant producer of nightwear.

Machine park
Our machine park consists of over 120 specialized machines of renowned brands. We have 5, 4, 3 thread overlocks; automatic lockstitch machines; renderki; punching machines; button-sewing machines; automatic bolts, hemstitch, cutter, cutting and ironing stations, tampondruck. We constantly improve the production technology and its organization to optimize and shorten the implementation time.
Model and technology department (production preparation department)
In the production preparation process, we use modern software, create templates and prepare technological solutions to improve the entire production process.
We have a professional team that oversees the selection and preparation of accessories, sews pre-production models, takes care of every detail and detail in the production of the finished product.
Cutting room
Cutting materials is one of the most important stages of clothing production. We have a professional cutting line equipped with a cutter, cutting tables, spreading machines, saws and cutting knives. Thanks to qualified employees with many years of experience, we guarantee high quality and speed of cutting.
Optimizing the cutting process allows us to maximize the use of the materials entrusted to us.
Sewing room
We specialize in sewing women’s and men’s clothing – mainly pajamas and nightgowns. The sewing room has a modern machine park and a specialized team working in two shifts. At every stage of production, we make every effort to ensure that the highest quality products leave the plant.
We systematically improve the production technology, modernizing the machine park so as to shorten the implementation time as much as possible.
Evaporation and Quality Control
Each piece sewn by us is subjected to a cleaning process, ironing and detailed quality control. The finished product is packed only when we are sure that it will meet the highest customer requirements, therefore each stage of production / sewing is rigorously controlled.
Transport and logistics
The final stage of production is the transport of the product to the customer. Our team ensures that the ordered goods are delivered on time, which is why timeliness is an advantage of our company.
Constant development
In 2008, due to the dynamic development, the company moved to a newly built building. Currently, it employs approx. 150 qualified and experienced employees.
With care for the environment
In order to meet the pro-ecological and social market challenges, First Company was the first in Poland in the nightwear industry to undergo GOTS (Global Organic Textil Standard) certification. The GOTS certificate is awarded by a global organization that sets standards for textiles made of organic fibers.
